Do you charge for parents to watch?
Never on regular skating sessions. We’re happy you are here!
NOTE: Occasionally charitable organizations that host fundraisers at FunQuest may charge every person (adult or child) that is admitted.
If my friends are coming to skate, do I need to pay if I’m only going to hang out?
Everyone entering (with the exception of parents/grandparents watching their children) must pay the applicable admission plus skate rental fee.
Do you offer group rates?
Yes! FunQuest offers several discounted admissions during the week that are great for groups. In addition if you reserve a group of 25 or more paying as a group we will give you an additional $1.00 off most admissions. For group reservations please call 434-239-6411 and press 0.
Do you have special rates for School field trips?
Yes, FunQuest is the best place for you next School field trip. See our Groups & Schools page for more information.
Do you have discounts for summer groups?
Yes, FunQuest offers special rates to summer camp groups. Contact us for more inforamtion.
Do you sell food?
Yes! We sell fresh made pizzas, Hamburgers, Grilled Chicken Sandwiches and wraps, Chicken nuggets and French Fries, Nachos, Pretzels and more hot food items. We also serve Pepsi products, frozen drinks, and adult beverages.
Can I bring in food from the outside?
We do not allow outside food or drink brought into our facility. The only exception to this would be a birthday cake if you have a confirmed birthday party reservation.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, you may purchase a FunQuest Fun Buck card for any amount. These can be purchased daily from 10:00 to 5:00 at our office or during any of our open hours.
Do you donate to non-profit organizations?
FunQuest will donate to most non-profit organizations. You must submit your request in writing preferably 60 days prior to the event. You may email your request to Sarah@FunQuestFun.com or mail it to FunQuest, 327 Graves Mill Rd., Lynchburg VA. 24502.
Each request is reviewed and if your request meets our requirement we will contact you when your donation is ready for pick up. Please give us as much specifics about your organization and how the donation will be given out.
Do you have wireless internet available?
Yes, we do offer FREE wireless internet.
Where is Laser Tag played?
Laser Tag is played in our Multi Level Laser Tag Arena. Our arena is set up with special paint, sounds and lights. Our arena has special areas equipped with ramps and towers.
What type of Laser Tag Equipment do you have?
Our Laser Tag game is played with Laser Blast system.
What ages can play Laser Tag?
Laser Tag may be played by anyone 4 years or older. Younger children may need assistance from their parents.
How long is a Laser Tag Game?
A Laser Tag game is about a 15 minute experience. You will be briefed on the rules of the game when you enter the ready area, you will then suit up with our Zone Laser Tag equipment and the game will begin. At the end of each Laser Tag game you will be able to check our score board to see how well you did.
Do you take requests for songs?
Yes, our DJ will be glad to take your request and will make every effort to play your favorite song! Please note: we do have a Music Format for different times, some requests may not be appropriate for certain times.
Is there a charge for my child to play in PlayQuest?
Yes, PlayQuest is a pay to play attraction, the fee varies depending on the day & time. Check our current schedule for pricing. Children must be 10 years or younger to play in PlayQuest parents are always welcome to assist their child at no charge.
What form of payment do you accept?
FunQuest is a cashless facility. We will accept, Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express. We also accept contactless tap payments. FunQuest offers a cash-to-card kiosk for guests without cards for payments.
What type of Rental Skates do you have available?
We have Inlines & Quad Skates available for rent
What sizes do your rental skates come in?
We carry sizes Juv. 10 up to an adult size 14, we also have fisher price skates for our younger skaters.
If my child doesn’t skate well, can I walk on the floor to assist him/her?
We will allow you walk with your young child on the skate floor. We do have Skate Mates for rent that beginning skaters can use to help them gain their balance. Skate Mates are available for rent at the cashier office.
Do you require adult supervision?
Adult supervision is required for anyone under the age of 18. Please click here to view our full supervision policy.
